Lora knows our gardens, our halls and our kitchen. Tell her the date and how many guests you are thinking of, and she will take you from “is my date free?” to a priced estimate and a held date in one conversation.
Check your date
She reads the calendar, tells you straight away whether a date is open, and offers the nearest alternatives when it is not.
Find the right space
All 23 spaces, filtered by your guest numbers, seated or standing, indoors or out — with the rate for each.
Choose a menu
18 food packages with what each one lets you choose, plus desserts and extras. Tell her about dietary needs and allergies and she will note them for the chef.
Get a priced estimate
Venue hire, food, service, children, fees and VAT, with any rate card discount applied and explained. Every figure comes from our own pricing engine.
Hold your date
She can place a 48-hour provisional hold while a coordinator confirms the date with you and arranges the deposit.
Hand you to a person
Any time you would rather speak to someone, she passes the whole conversation to our events team so you never repeat yourself.
What she will and will not do
- Every price she shows comes from our rate card through one pricing engine. She never estimates a figure herself.
- She can hold a date provisionally. Confirming it, taking a deposit and issuing the formal quotation stay with our events team.
- She asks for a first name and one contact method, and only when you want an estimate emailed or a date held. Never ID numbers, card details or home addresses.
- On allergens she will always say a dish may contain something and that our chef will confirm — never that a dish is free of it.
- Our AI provider, OpenAI, processes the conversation for us as our operator. Read our privacy policy.
